Terms of Service - Meritometrics Poster

1. Introduction

Welcome to Meritometrics Poster (the “App”), a TikTok app designed to help you create, manage, and post short videos to TikTok.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you must not use the App.

2. Eligibility

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the App to post content that violates TikTok’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
Upload or create content that is illegal, infringing, defamatory, obscene, or violates any third-party rights.
Attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, or interfere with the App’s security or functionality.
Use automated tools, bots, or scripts except those explicitly provided by the App.
Share your login credentials or allow any other person to use the App under your account.

6. TikTok Account Connection

When you connect your TikTok account(s), you authorize Meritometrics Poster to post videos, interact with TikTok’s API, and perform actions on your behalf. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your connected TikTok account(s).

7. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Meritometrics Poster App (including code, design, logos, and features) belong exclusively to the owner. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App.

8. Privacy

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. You may stop using the App at any time.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without any warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, error-free performance, or successful posting to TikTok.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the owner of Meritometrics Poster shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in California.

12. Changes to Terms
